Hi

I have a colony of bees in my cavity wall.

I'm thinking that i maybe able to transfer the bees to a hive if possible, and thinking of purchasing a hive if i can transfer the bees over.

Could i haver as much information on the matter please smile

Hi Incahootz, welcome to the forum.

First and probably stupid question is: Are they definitely honey bees?

Second question is do you have a big hole in your wall or are you willing to make one to get the bees out?

Check out the capturing a swarm bit. If you are getting a hive then Nationals seem to be a firm favourite with most beeks Ive come across.

Your main problem is accessing the bees! How else can you get at them unless you start making large holes??
